Top Chef Restaurant!!!

First off, I have to tell you that I never miss an episode of Top Chef. One of my favorite chefs ever was Richard Blais. Well, today was the day...Tim and I went to eat at his new restaurant, Flip Burger Boutique http://www.flipburgerboutique.com/. The food was absolutely DELICIOUS! I even took my camera in case Richard was there (but he wasn't). It doesn't look like much from the outside but don't let it fool you!

Here is what we had:

We split a pistachio/white truffle shake.



Then we had our burgers. Tim had the Turf and Earth which is a mushroom burger.


I had the Lamburger and it was one of the most delicious burgers I have EVER had!



Then we split the fries, onion rings and sweet potato tots. Again, all delish!



Next time we go I want to try the Nutella/burnt marshmallow shake. I will most certainly stick to my Lamburger again.

Run, don't walk to this place.

It's about time

So it's taken a while to get going on my blog, but I'm finally figuring things out. I want to start by introducing my family.

These are my 3 sons, Daniel-11, Andrew-9 and Ty-10mos. This was taken right before trick or treating. Ty had no idea what was going on but enjoyed it none the less. I am just glad that his brothers bloody faces didn't scare him. I dread the day when my baby no longer wants to dress as a monkey or Tellytubby and goes for the gore instead.*sigh*

Here they are looking like they do most days. Aren't they handsome?
