One of my favorite chefs ever was Richard Blais. Well, today was the day...Tim and I went to eat at his new restaurant, Flip Burger Boutique <a href="http://www.flipburgerboutique.com/">http://www.flipburgerboutique.com/</a>. The food was absolutely DELICIOUS! I even took my camera in case Richard was there (but he wasn't).
